Thank you for your e-mail.  I am most thankful for your assistance.  Your organization was quick to respond to my initial e-mail, with all the requested information in detail.  Your company has only shown professionalism.  However, it was my error.  I had intended by the request of the client to work directly with the hotel.  I did not know that I had initial contacted a third-party.  Thus, I apologize for taking the time of your agent.

Ελικρινά με εντυπωσίασε το email σας και ομολογώ ότι δεν το ανέμενα. Τολμώ να πω ότι δεν είχα κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία με το site του ξενοδοχείου ή την ταχύτητα και ακρίβεια των απαντήσεων σας στο ερώτημα μου. Όλα ήταν άκρως επαγγελματικά και ξεκάθαρα. Εκείνο που μέτρησε περισσότερο στην σκέψη μας, της συζύγου και εμού, ήταν ότι ανεξάρτητα των προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών που θα μας παρείχατε, το αντίτιμο για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο.
