The Hotel Miramare is built in the traditional architectural style of the island consisting of low buildings whilst supporting the conservation of Cretan nature. The Hotel Miramare and Bungalows complex is situated in a quiet magnificent location of Gargadoros, raised from the sea front to offer spectacular views of the town of Agios Nikolaos and the Mirabello Bay, next to two municipal fully organized beaches offering all facilities and a large variety of water sports. The lively resort of Agios Nikolaos is within a short walking distance from the Hotel and offers plenty of shopping opportunities and an interesting night life.

The Miramare Hotel consists of 65 Sea View Rooms in the Main Building, 65 Sea View Bungalows, 13 Luxury Bungalows with panoramic view, 6 Studios, 5 Maisonettes and 6 Suites. The Village complex also offers 66 Bungalows situated directly on a small pebbly beach having either sea view, pool view or garden view. Accommodation is a combination of the charm culminating from the traditional island architecture co-existing with the comforts of modern facilities.

• Sea View Rooms in the Main Building: All Rooms have excellent view and a private Balcony. Equipped with individually controlled Air-conditioning/Heating, Direct Dial Telephone, Music & Radio Channels, Satellite TV, Fridge and Safe Deposit Box. Bathrooms have Bath or Shower and Hairdryer.
• Sea View Bungalows: Newly renovated, offering superior views of the Mirabello Bay and spacious enough to accommodate one or two extra Beds. Equipped with individually controlled Air-conditioning/Heating, Direct Dial Telephone, Music and Radio Channels, Satellite TV with an array of Channels, Fridge and Safe Deposit Box, modern Marble Bathrooms fitted with Bathtub and Hairdryer are a feature of Bungalows.
• Sea View Luxury Bungalows: The Luxury Bungalows offer superb panoramic views of Agios Nikolaos town and the Mirabello Bay. They consist of one Bedroom, spacious enough to accommodate one or two extra Beds. • Bella Vista: Breakfast served daily in the Bella  Vista main Restaurant from 07:30-10:00. An American style Buffet with a wide selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, cheese, bacon, cereal etc.
• Aeolos Pool Restaurant: Lunch is served al fresco in Aeolos Pool Restaurant from 12:00-15:30. An extensive a la Carte menu of Greek specialties and international dishes. Guest wishing to have lunch in the a la Carte Restaurant instead of their pension meal will be given a food allowance, which will be deducted from their food bill. A weekly special event night in the Aeolos Pool Restaurant with entertainment music and dance show.
• Bella Vista Main Restaurant: Dinner is served in Bella Vista Main Restaurant the  from 19:00-21:00. An excellent buffet dinner with Greek and international cuisine, including a choice of the best selection of Greek wines. Special dinners for anniversaries, birthdays, a la Carte, vegetarian or diabetic available on request.
• Palm Bar: Piano nights in the  most evenings from May-September.
